Since we sell instant digital downloads, our refund terms follow industry-standard digital product rules.
1. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive the download link
- File is corrupted or not opening
- Duplicate payment
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product purchased
- Not compatible with your device/software (when compatibility was mentioned)
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at contact@graphicmedium.com with:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot
- Issue description
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
